The team at this fintech company in the Philadelphia suburbs is hiring a hands on Manager of UX to help build their UX Design process. You will be leading a team of designer on how to incorporate UX best practices into their work. As the Manager of UX, you will be tasked with driving the prioritization of the roadmap and influence cross-functional teams to create the best mobile experience for the company. You will ideally have strong experience in leading and building teams. You will need experience collaborating and influencing with stakeholders. This position is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, but remote for the time being. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience of technical product management with mobile applications
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience implementing and executing Agile principles
- Experience owning many consumer products and understand what it takes to create an enjoyable customer experience
- Ability to gather product requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong understanding of UX best practices
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience in rapidly growing environment
- Graduate Degree or higher
