HRIS Systems Support Analyst to their Enterprise Applications team working in the Information Technology department. The analyst will play a key role in the development and deployment of technical HR platforms to continue our roadmap of innovation. This role will look to improve and directly support the implementation process and then provide ongoing support. This role will have overall technical ownership of the global HR solutions (SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, RCM, Performance Management, Learning) and be responsible for developing technical requirements and ensuring the appropriate configuration and delivery of the solution. This includes all phases – functional/technical requirements, testing including UAT/QA, integration and performance and implementation planning while following established PM governance. This position must be able to serve in a variety of roles including, SME, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Vendor and Business Liaison, Implementer, Trainer, and other roles as needed. This position will also support other technical solutions and functions in Enterprise Applications as a backup role to eliminate single points of failure within the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite with an awareness of opportunities to expand solutions and services; monitors and evaluates quarterly releases and patches of new functionality and makes recommendations on which features to implement; monitors system efficiencies and corporate wide usage; ensures application optimization and makes suggestions for improvement.
  • Provides support for implementation processes including configuration, software training, data integration processes, testing, and post-implementation support.
  • Documents business and data requirements and configures SuccessFactors modules
  • Creates and tests new processes in the test environment first; then migrates the change to the production system(s) and retests before launching to end users.
  • Perform integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and understands the future strategic direction of the application roadmap to identify future impacts/changes.
  • Proficient with SF Integration Center and CPI to manage HR interfaces with other systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SF (all HCM modules) problems/ failures and updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR, HR Directors, HR Analytics, HR Centers of Excellence, Information Services, HR Process Delivery, and key end users to clearly define requirements to facilitate system enhancements to existing technology.
  • Knowledge of business systems, processes, and improvements
  • Provides guidance and training to junior level analysts
  • Provides ongoing maintenance and 24x7 support.
  • Adheres to internal application security procedures, change control guidelines and SOX requirements
  • Monitor project activities and schedules to ensure timely implementation and system cut over, including outside vendors and consultants
  • Ability to perform “root cause analysis” of data / system issues within assigned applications; implement corrections / changes as appropriate

    • Lead effort to identify corrective actions, then support implementation of improved practices or systems

    Education and/or Experience
    • BBA / BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP experience
    • Experience in implementation and support of SF Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
    • Administrative experience in any of the following SuccessFactors modules: Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession Org Chart, Recruiting Management.
    • Experience with native SuccessFactors reporting tools such as Ad Hoc reporting, ORD, Dashboards
    • Experience in SF PMGM, Succession, Compensation is desired, but not required
    • Minimum 7-9 years’ experience with technical application support and business operations within a global matrixed organization operating in the Information Technology department
    • Outstanding communication, analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills, data process modeling, industry happenings and knowledge of how the company is positioning itself is a plus.
