- BBA / BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP experience
- Experience in implementation and support of SF Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
- Administrative experience in any of the following SuccessFactors modules: Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession Org Chart, Recruiting Management.
- Experience with native SuccessFactors reporting tools such as Ad Hoc reporting, ORD, Dashboards
- Experience in SF PMGM, Succession, Compensation is desired, but not required
- Minimum 7-9 years’ experience with technical application support and business operations within a global matrixed organization operating in the Information Technology department
- Outstanding communication, analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills, data process modeling, industry happenings and knowledge of how the company is positioning itself is a plus.
