100% REMOTE Our client is seeking a talented Engagement Manager to lead their service delivery team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55 - $60 / hr w2

Responsibilities of the Engagement Manager:

Develop, track, and manage project budget, plans, timelines, and scope; manage project resources
Lead teams in the delivery of high quality software solutions that meet customer needs
Serve as Release Manager for software delivery

Requirements of the Engagement Manager:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline
At least 8 years of project management experience
Software implementation experience is required
Experience managing and implementing software for healthcare provider or similar
Experience working on multiple projects at the same time
Experience working with onshore/offshore model
Customer-facing project management experience
Experience providing service to external clients
Healthcare software industry experience
