Job Description
- Assist with management of the Executive and Sales Compensation program throughout the year for all Eurofins companies in the US
- Become an expert on all related policies, procedures and documents
- Provide support for related trainings and onboarding of new Eurofins leaders
- Additional support may be needed to assist leaders throughout the Key Employee and Leaders compensation process
- Communicate effectively with employees and leaders across the entire organization
- Work closely with the payroll and HRIS teams on compensation and potentially data administration related issues and topics
- Learn and assist with the data administration process when necessary
- Provide salary survey data to leaders across the US when requested
- Assist in the coordination, tracking and management of programs such as stock option awarding, bonus payments and commission payments
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal agencies in areas related to employee compensation
- Create and/or run reports and audits periodically in order to ensure compliance with FLSA and other Federal and State regulations
- Display high level of organization and ability to meet and enforce required deadlines
- Compile monthly compliance data and associated reports when necessary
- Coordinate with Recruiting team to ensure that all required documents are completed on time and accurately related to Executive level employee actions
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all areas and responsibilities
- Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth running of the HR department
- Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
- Demonstrate and promote the company vision
Qualifications
Education/Experience (BMQ):- Associates Degree and at least 1 year of direct HR or legal experience
- Experience with Lawson or other large HR system, strong MS Office experience (specifically Excel and Access), comfort with financial figures
Additional Information
Position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00pm -5:00pm, with the possibility of some additional. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
