The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the following:
Managing supplier audits
Monitoringsupplier performance
Preparing quality reports
Analyzing quality issues
Facilitating inspections
ManagingSupplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARS) and Corrective Action Requests (CARS)
The Quality Engineer MUST have the following experience:
4+ years minimum experience working in quality / lean manufacturing
2 year technical degree - minimum educational requirement, Bachelor's degree preferred
4+ years of experience working with suppliers required
4+ years of experience with internal audits
Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
Ability to work as a team player
