Wonderful opportunity to work at one of Lancaster's finest dining establishments. We are looking for a reliable BOH staff with a flexible schedule for 4-5 shifts/week to join our stellar team!
Line Cook Requirements:
-Have at least 1 year of fine dining experience
-Have knowledge of French cookery
-Have excellent knife skills
-Have a great eye and strong aesthetic for plating
-Have knowledge of pastry (not necessary but good to have)
-Be honest with a great work ethic
-Be reliable and responsible
-Be a humble, respectful team player with a positive attitude
-Have excellent communication skills
-Be meticulous and detail oriented
-Be efficient and organized
-Have complete weekend availability (Fri/Sat)
-Be a NON-SMOKER
Dishwasher Candidate:
-Have prior dishwashing experience in a high volume restaurant (washing by hand)
-Be honest with a great work ethic
-Be reliable and responsible
-Be a humble, respectful team player with a positive attitude
-Have excellent communication skills
-Be meticulous and detail oriented
-Be efficient and organized
-Be fast and thorough, and very gentle with dishes and glassware
-Be fit/healthy/strong - able to lift 50lbs with ease while going up and down stairs
-Have a flexible schedule
-Be a NON-SMOKER
-Responsible HS and/or college students welcome for dishwasher position
