JoBoys Brew Pub is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server and Bartender who can deliver excellent customer service while memorizing our menu and daily specials. If you have previous experience as a Server and/or Bartender in a popular restaurant and a dedication to providing excellent service to customers, we want to hear from you.
SERVERS
Restaurant Server responsibilities:
- Take customers food and drink orders
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
- Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
- Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
- Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
Bartender responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with the companys guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
- Develop an efficient workplace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
High school diploma/GED required
2+ years experience working as a bartender
