Eurofins Talent Acquisition, a nationally recognized laboratory, is searching for a Senior Administrator to support our Recruiting group in Lancaster, PA.
Senior Administrator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Schedule interviews and travel accommodations
Authorize pre-employment physicals and send necessary paperwork to medical offices
Perform reference checks
Photocopy, file, maintan new hire and personnel files
Track paperwork
Perform other Recruiting admin and support
The ideal candidate would possess :
Strong computer and organizational skills
Excellent professionalism and communication (oral and written), and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Basic Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
