The Express Technician position will be responsible for oil changes, tire rotation and other light maintenance work.

Job Duties Include:

Performs works as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

Changes oil and oil filter and top off all vital fluids.

Installs batteries and checks electrical systems.

Installs and performs tire maintenance and repair.

Performs inspections on various belts and filters, and checks air levels using gauges.

Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment.

Ensures the customer's needs are understood.

Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.

Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean.

Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.

Keep shop area neat and clean

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be a team player and able to maintain a positive working attitude and environment

Ability to managing one's own time

Ability to be customer focused and obsessed with providing great customer service

Knowledge of the English language, spelling, grammar, punctuation and numbering systems

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Ability to write simple correspondence

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one to customers, clients, and other employees

Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software products

Knowledge of basic math

Must have a valid driver's license

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle and background check

Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Rotating Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
