2nd shift - Sample Receiving Support Administrator
Employee Responsibilities:
Handle communication and paperwork for all couriers that arrive for Pharmaceutical Sample Administration.
Receive and unpack sample kits and coolers received at the lab
Enter samples with insufficient entry information into holds; maintain hold area with follow up and routine inventory
Process internal environmental monitoring samples
Handle the sample flow process including removal of shipping containers, dry ice, coolers, and dewars from the Sample Administration Area and dock
Handle shipments that arrive for Pharmaceutical Sample Administration
Help to move samples that are pending discard
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies, logical thinking, and deductive reasoning
Good computer skills
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 3 p.m.-11 p.m., with overtime as needed.
