Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter
East Earl, PA
Work independently doing "touch ups" and working from the punch list on already installed cabinetry AND as part of a team, completing installs.
Take all the nicks, scratches and imperfections that happen during the install process and make them disappear to give the customer a beautiful end-product.
Install high end cabinetry in kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, home offices, etc.
Travel to job sites in PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA & NY, most jobs are back the same day.
Focus primarily on new construction projects, but with some remodel projects as well.
Provide our homeowners and General Contractors with excellent service and the highest quality carpentry.
Maintain detailed logs of your work, including before and after photos.
Deliver cabinetry to job sites.
Master Design Cabinetry is looking for a cabinet installer / finish carpenter to join our team. This position requires the skills and finesse to complete touch ups on a job and the ability to work on a team doing installs. In this role, you spend some of your days, visiting job sites to ensure all the details of the project are completed. Other days, you will be with the install team. This is an ideal position for someone who has a passion for quality and service. We are a humble-hungry-smart team that believes that "people matter most." Our Ideal Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter.
Skilled: Minimum 2 years of experience in finish carpentry and/or cabinet installation. Able to install projects from beginning to end. Knowledge of repair work and touch up. Able to make a blemish disappear.
Detailed: Able to take care of all the little details of the project to bring it to completion.
Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Driven to do a great job. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Active: Able to lift to 100 lbs., work in a physically demanding job, use hand tools and work from a ladder.
Quality Focused: We focus on quality and craftsmanship. We strive to be efficient in our work, while still delivering on the excellence our customers expect.
Willing to Travel: We serve customers in PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE & VA. Overnight travel is rarely required. We do work overtime as needed.
