ACCOUNTING OFFICE MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated person for this career opportunity position. Must have a Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Accounting or related field, or have several years of related experience.
Oversee all Accounting operations for financial accounting and accounts payable / accounts receivable functions.
Recruit, hire, train, and manage Accounting personnel in accordance with company policy.
Oversees the system of internal controls over Accounting functions to minimize risk.
Ensures that financial reports comply with accepted accounting principles and financial standards.
Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
Complies with local, state, and federal government requirements.
Must have excellent management, communication, organizational, and computer/software skills.
