Responsibilities:
Maintain the sales and customer systems
Schedule appointments, type and send quotes
Process contracts, change orders and customer invoices
Perform clerical, filing and general office support duties
Follow-up with customers and record project progress
Maintain files and documentation for current and past projects
Provide support to other departments as required
Communicate effectively with all departments and customers
Experience & Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Required: 1 year of office experience or an office internship
Preferred: 3 years of construction and/or customer service experience
