About Us: We are a super fast-growing online vegan fitness business run by two brothers named Leif and Anders. We work really hard, but we also have a ton of fun in the process. We work with hundreds of vegan clients from all over the world to help them get ripped through our Vegan Superhero Academy (VeganSuperheroAcademy.com) and online courses.
We are looking for a highly-creative Creative Director to join our dynamic team and manage our content production.
As the Creative Director, you will be in charge of all projects involving the creation of digital media. Your duties will include creating concepts for new content, filming/editing videos, and ensuring all content is super fun and engaging for our audience.
We currently produce the following forms of content:
Podcast episodes (The Vegan Gym Podcast)
Science-based educational videos
Exercise training videos
Vlogs
To succeed in this role, you must be fun, energetic, highly skilled at video editing, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of digital media including videos, social media posts, online advertising, and email marketing.
Film instructional videos and vlogs
Create concepts and designs for new digital projects.
Ensure all content is on brand.
Requirements:
Proficient in Final Cut Pro X (preferred) or Adobe Premiere. You MUST have your own video editing laptop with one of these two programs.
Strong writing skills.
Strong knowledge of computer software that is related to web design, video editing, and graphic design.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualities:
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or another graphic design program.
Filming experience. If you have access to a video camera, that would be ideal. If not, you will be using a Sony A7iii.
A lot of filming will be done in the gym, so it would be very beneficial if you have weight training experience.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Work Hours: Must be able to dedicate 15-20 hours per week every week for AT LEAST the next six months. Exact work times each day are flexible.
Work Locations:
50% of your time will be spent at our office (485 Royer Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601)
25% of your time will be spent at our gym (1140 Elizabeth Ave, Lancaster, PA 17601)
25% of your time will be spent virtually working wherever you want
