LMS Trainer

Please note that this is a 1+ year contract position.This is an on-site role.General Summary:Accountable for creating courses and assigning curricula when requested by site Training Process/Training System Owners ensuring that they are deployed accurately in alignment with current standard operating procedures. Add personnel to global quality application Learning Management System (LMS) user groups or other existing user groups. Facilitate training mailbox requests. Generate department or individual training metrics and generate LMS reports when requested. Maintain central file and issue document numbers as needed.Duties & Responsibilities:Builds training items, curricula, and assignments ensuring that they are current, accurate and deployed in alignment with current training processes. Responds to inquiries from other departments about training requirements. Coordinate the deployment of global assignments across sites, requiring coordination with multiple Training Process Owners. Participates in LMS maintenance/clean up annually or when requested by management. Assist with cross-site training initiatives as required. Interface with training manager, site management and team leaders as needed. Maintain filing in central file and issue document numbers as needed.Applicants must provide their phone number.
