We never stop working to make investing simpler and more successful for our clients. By promoting new ways of working, you'll optimize products and keep our client experience improving at an accelerated pace. As a Technical Scrum Master, you will be focused on enabling the team to deliver fast, removing impediments, and coaching them on Agile best practices.

This CXD Team is a fully cross-functional and autonomous team delivering best in balance and holdings experience, and messaging center. The new project will be modernizing the messaging center for our clients utilizing new technologies and platforms - like Angular and AWS.

This team has two big deliverables for the 4Q. One is the new ECS version of our Balances and Holdings area of the secure site, and the second is a modernized messaging center.

People vs. process! We're looking for servant leaders who are passionate about the power of empiricism to propel the team toward learning through experimentation and observation, Agile practices to enable teams to achieve and maintain a level of high performance, and be able to quickly build relationships to navigate the organization and clear the team's impediments. With a focus on value delivery vs. project delivery, your deep understanding of Agile frameworks and practices will be called upon as you coach and mentor your team so that they improve sprint over sprint.
