Job Description
- Perform method development, optimization, validation, and transfer of Bioassays
- Utilizing automated liquid handlers (i.e. Tecan, Hamilton, etc.)
- This role is 100% automation work and will be purely machine focused.
- Routine calibration and maintenance of the instrumentation
- Running the automated system for script testing with water and reagents independently prior to live testing
- Troubleshoot method and instrumentation problems
- Initiate and perform investigations
- Develop and execute validation plans
- Carry out method transfers and feasibility studies
- Write Test Methods
- Writing SOPs
- Validation protocols and Reports
Qualifications
- Familiarity with automated liquid handlers (ie. Tecan, Hamilton, etc.)
- Attention to detail / organized
- Experience working within a regulated environment
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LIMS
- Knowledge of statistics
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated
