Location: Malvern, PA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Continuity Analyst
This role will support the Cyber Recovery program, which will deliver an enterprise-wide capability to protect client's critical applications and data. The individuals in this role will work closely with application and infrastructure teams to research and develop detailed playbooks and runbooks to support the recovery of critical business services.This job will have the following responsibilities:- Conduct complex business impact analyses of client's business units, complete interviews, providing analysis of potential business disruptions, and identifying risks and single points of failure.
- Review overall risk rankings and recovery time and point objective timelines and make recommendations for changes.
- Develop complex business continuity/recovery plans (new and refresh), helping client's business units prepare for recovering from a disruption. Make recommendations for modifications to template.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key business representatives, helping to develop their knowledge and ability to efficiently respond to a business disruption, and to identify and proactively address potential risks.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and documentation skills
- Experience in project management or business or systems analysis - In-depth knowledge of a business sector such as finance or securities
- Five or more years of experience in IT-related positions, along with several years of business continuity/disaster recovery planning experience Bachelor's degree or better in computer science or a related field
