Title: Integration Tech Analyst aria-hidden="true" Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid Schedule) aria-hidden="true" Duration: 6 Months contract to hire. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Looking for a Techno Functional developer/Team Lead with strong Integration skills. Experience with Underwriting applications and other Insurance Claims systems is a plus. Experience in Mentoring teams. ResponsibilitiesLead project teams to strategize and implement a portfolio of technology projects that span across Insurance Operations and other important partners. Have end-to-end oversight and management of joint solution design with all partners, solution development, implementation, and post-implementation reviews with a focus on creating efficiency and scale. We are looking for a team-oriented professional who has the confidence and desire to work with architecture and engineering teams through the development lifecycle – requirements, business analysis, implementation, and testing phases with a focus on release and production support management.
  • Work with project and operations teams to scope, prioritize, and manage technical operations for underwriting application.
  • Work on end-to-end management of system implementations (such as platform integrations, data feeds, rollout of new technology interfaces).
  • Proficient in how to deploy the team's technical toolkit to solve operational challenges
  • Maintain relationships with cross partners (such as Rader Live, chubb.io/data ingestion tool) through partnership, and the high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Implement and lead process improvements that markedly move the organization towards operational excellence and develop solutions that radically improve the efficacy and efficiency of existing operational processes or unlock new capabilities through technology and automated solutions.
  • Introduce tools, best practices, and systems to support more efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with to ensure successful execution and supporting their goal.
  • Product Development to ensure to establish and follow the L1 and L2 Support Process
  • Experience working with remote teams, and ability to communicate in different time zones and manage productivity
  • Planning and directing tasks; Determining resource requirement; Preparing schedules
  • Set priority levels of each project based on urgency and impact
  • Manage operations project backlog to ensure those projects are on track

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience in a comparable role.
  • Minimum of 4 years in P&C insurance and knowledge of policy life cycle.
  • Ability to correlate Duck functional requirements with policy session xml
  • Background with Duck Creek or similar product implementation /support.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodology and Scrum are desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with all team members including business stakeholders and IT team members.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task on critical initiatives.
  • Demonstrates sense of urgency and accountability; sets priorities and acts on key issues.

Must be able to be onsite at least one day in Malvern PA. Other 2 days on any other sites located in NJ ok.
