Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:· Sit in pricing pod post covid and interact with the GFA Global Fund Accounting Business Triage and troubleshoot problems.· Attempt to solve Escalate to another team if you can to solve it immediately.· Look through logs databases applications not code to find the problem root cause.

Experience Required:· Ability to learn quickly and retain information SQL skills must have write select statements read debug stored procedures.· People skills good communication approachable good energy handles stressful situations etc.· Problem solver can use log files read through KSH or other language scripts trace an IT workflow and find the issue.· Does not need to code Control-m scripting skills nice to have.· ServiceNow experience nice to have
