Are you looking for an exciting, new opportunity at a well-established company? An enterprise company is looking to grow their team of Conversational UX professionals and is searching for a UX Strategist. The company is very customer centric and is focused on improving their IVR technology for their call centers to give a better experience to both the customer and the customer service representatives. They already have an organized team of UX professionals that you would be working with daily. In this role you would be focused on voice products, chatbot, AI, and machine learning. You will be using a variety of analysis techniques to improve and build upon the user experience and focus on the client journey. This is a full-time, hybrid position and you must be willing to come into the office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday). This role can pay up to $160K, depending on experience and comes with an excellent benefits package. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the UX field
- Enterprise level User Experience work
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for presenting idea to stakeholders
- Knowledge of native UX tends and new emerging technologies
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, empathy and strong problem solving skills through your work
- Undergraduate degree is preferred, but can be substituted by relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated success building a chatbot from the ground up
- Any background in Machine Learning, AI, chat, or voice UX experience is preferred
