A lead company in the financial services industry located in Malvern, Pennsylvania is searching for a qualified UX Designer to join their CXD Team. The company's mission is to take a stand for all investors, treat them fairly, and give them the best chance for investment success. The Client Experience and Digital department has a goal to create meaningful experience that exceed client expectations, leaving the company as the trusted financial partner and industry disruptor. The company is offering contract roles on an 100% remote schedule and full-time roles on a hybrid schedule at their office in Malvern. As the Senior UX Designer in mobile, you will be creating native user experiences to satisfy client needs and drive the business forward. You will be in charge of key flows within their native experiences that involve all aspects of UX (Discovery, concept to information architecture, UI design, and handing it off to developers). The ideal candidate will be able to craft unique solutions across native channels, collaborate with UX Strategists and other designers, use a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques, and leverage and enhance their mobile and multi-device design system. - Knowledge in user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior, and interactions
- Advanced knowledge in all areas of user experience design
- Understanding of information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, and user experience
- Experience creating and maintaining an interactive design system
- 5+ years of industry/field specific experience
- Interactive web design
- Undergraduate degree
