Job Description
In this role, you’ll be part of our engineering team and work under the direction of engineering/technical manager. You’ll assist with the assembly and testing of equipment and systems prior to shipment at our facility, including mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring, and hydraulic tubing.
Responsibilities:You will be working in our warehouse/workshop, including:
- Maintaining inventory needed for assembly.
- Procurement of new tools and parts for assembly.
- Keeping the workshop clean and organized.
- Preparing and packing parts for shipment.
- Operating a forklift and assisting with shipping and receiving.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
Organization, efficiency and attention to detail skills.
- Willingness to complete Safety training (OSHA) as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at above average heights and occasionally work in hot or cold work places.
- Ability to operate a Forklift and gantry crane (additional training provided)
