Within the Enterprise Security & Fraud sub-division, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team helps leaders and crew protect Vanguard client and company assets by ensuring that crew, consultants, vendors, and partners have the right access to the right system resources at the right time At present we are currently seeking an IT Delivery Manager to lead a team of IAM technical support staff who design, develop, test, implement, monitor and perform production support for software and tools. You will ensure the highest level of production availability and governance controls adherence for IAM platforms while working with business leaders to define scope and requirements and drive the planning and execution of the development of various systems. Do you have what it takes?

In this role you will:
  • Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew. Provide guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Deliver software releases relating to the product for the business units. Work with business clients to determine scope and develop environmental requirements for each project.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement staffing and operational plans. Participate in the development of short- and long-term department goals. Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and overall performance.
  • Develop and implement changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead quality initiatives to improve the delivery of service levels. Work with senior management in the planning, development, and execution of short- and long-range goals.
  • Present status, metrics, and department initiatives at meetings with management and project peers. Maintain relationships with technical teams, IT, and business partners.
  • Participate in the development of the department budget. Review expenses and ensure department operates within budgetary guidelines.
  • Ensure staff complies with information technology and information security policies and procedures and verify that deliverables meet requirements.
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes:
  • Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least five years of project management experience. Strong people leadership preferred. Delivery of IT/Software implementation preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience with multiple IAM platforms including SailPoint strongly preferred.
  • CISSP Preferred, but not required

  • Combination of in-office/remote work setting at HQ in Malvern, PA
