Job Description

• Hybrid Model-Based Out of Malvern, PA (Mondays and Fridays remote and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office)

• 6 to 8+ Month Contract with a strong potential of being extended well beyond that

• Portfolio or work samples preferred.

• Minimum five years related work experience.
• 2+ years experience as a product designer working directly with design systems.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply to design for digital platforms, including web, mobile, and logged-in experiences. Adobe Experience Manager and Design Tokens experience is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma's design tool.
• Experience contributing to mature design systems including component design, documentation, and education.
• Comfortable working with product and engineering teams, including participating in design and code reviews, as well as Visual QA.

• Enable Designers to build world-class experiences and client solutions through global, reusable UI components and robust documentation
• Senior UX Designer collaborates with other UX specialists and engineers to continually improve the experience of our users: the consumers of the design system
• Partner with cross-divisional teams and business leaders to deliver a design system that meets their needs over time, informed by user response and research
• Champion accessibility, usability, and functional user experiences and use your expertise to deliver them
• Provide input on every aspect of UX, from research and concepting, to design and information architecture, as well as tuning into your creativity, compassion, and problem-solving abilities
• Keep up to speed with developments in technology and devices to ensure our interactive solutions meet user demand and work across all platforms
