Employees will receive an extra $1.00 per hour for shift differential Working hours are M-F 2:30-11pm Overtime is available depending on business needs SUMMARY The Production Associate is responsible for the assembly of product according to company routing and quality guidelines and standards, by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Performs bench type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies, using hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling. Reports defective materials or questions conditions to the department supervisor. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required.
