PBNA Strategy & Transformation at PepsiCo The North America Beverages Strategy & Transformation function plays a critical role in charting the long-term growth and portfolio development of PepsiCo's North America Beverages sector, a $20B+ net revenue operating unit. We are tasked with ensuring the company invests in the assets and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition and maintain market leadership. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most challenging issues facing the company. PBNA Chilled BU The PBNA Chilled BU is a new business unit within PBNA created following the announcement of PepsiCo's sale of a majority stake in our Juice+ business and the formation of a joint venture with PAI Partners. With immediate focus on facilitating a smooth transition, the PBNA Chilled BU will lead the elements of the Juice business that will remain within PBNA, including our PBC Chilled DSD network and the Small Format and Foodservice Distributor relationships. The Chilled BU will also work closely with the Juice JV, inclusive of aligned business planning and management of our $800+ million investment and 39% equity stake in the JV. Further, leveraging our Chilled DSD network, the BU will play a critical role in charting the long-term growth and portfolio development of chilled products and capabilities. Job Description - Manager Incubation & Market Activation, PBNA Chilled BU:As the Manager of Incubation & Market Activation, you will serve a key role in shaping and managing PepsiCo's chilled future strategic partnerships. This position is unique within the organization as it requires us to manage business relationships with outside companies while managing internal relationships across the organization to drive execution. Key responsibilities include: Create, develop, and manage project plans across multiple workstreams and functions to operationalize projects and deliver KPI's Establish and maintain relationships with external and internal partners Ensure critical milestones are delivered throughout the project through partner engagement and coordination Support monitoring and tracking of in-process or completed projects Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
