Senior Knowledge Management (HICS-22-0438-W): Bowhead is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management to support the Hazardous Inventory Control System (HICS) contract in Mechaniscburg, PA. The Senior Knowledge Management will be a key member on the Agile Release Teams to support HICS/SOA PMO/Project Managers by completing product backlog items called stories. A story represents any unit of measurable work that provides value and will serve as a deliverable. The Agile Release Teams can work on any system backlog for a new or existing system or application that requires the use of the current HICS/SOA Technical Landscape or an evolution of the Technical Landscape. The Senior Knowledge Management twill have specialized experience in managing Hazardous Materials to assist in analysis, specification development and application development for HICs. Other duties to include: • Maintain relationships with key mission partners to ensure delivery, development and operation of HICs. • Prepare and update technical documentation, source code development, software scanning for security vulnerabilities, unit testing, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), data migration/archiving, maintenance and sustainment, and knowledge transfer.
