SCRUM MASTER Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Scrum Master for a contract position in New Freedom, PA. Opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- The scrum master coaches, trains, and advises the teams as well as leadership on desired Scrum processes, procedures, values, and interactions as well as opportunities for continuous improvement.
- This position will use Agile Scrum principles to understand and execute resolution of backlog items by working closely with the Product Owner(s) and the project team(s), ensuring deliverables reflect requirements, are effective solutions and are delivered with quality.
- Strong experience understanding and implementing Agile values, principles, and practices based on Team's maturity.
- Experience creating dashboards, monitor progress of sprint/work flow, and providing statuses in timely manner.
- This candidate must demonstrate a high level of expertise in understanding and estimating work effort, collaborating to refine prioritized backlogs, facilitating Scrum, Program Increment planning, and sprint planning.
- Strong experience using facilitation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in gaining buy-in and support from stakeholders.
- 3 - 5 years experience with DevOps, Jira and Agile practices.
