This role is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus As a Developer Programmer Lead you will be leading translating business and technical requirements into well-engineered, tested, and deployed business application systems. This includes the analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of information systems. You will interface with customers and other IT colleagues to determine the most efficient and cost-effective approach to meet business requirements. Solutions may include new code construction, modifications to existing modules, and/or package configuration and implementation.

Responsibilities:
  • Understands and communicates Appian Application Architecture.
  • Constructs conceptual application architecture including records, reports, and news feeds.
  • Designs conceptual workflows and related actions.
  • Defines application user roles and responsibilities.
  • Able to design and build n-tier applications in a load balance environment.
  • Responsible for component development.
  • Complete all configuration, continuous code integration, development and unit testing.
  • Works with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather other requirements Prerequisites.
  • Translate the functional requirement to Appian business flows with the help of Process Models, Rules, CDTs , Web service Integration.
  • Involved in getting the requirements, designing and mapping the same to the Business processes.
  • Understands fundamental web development concepts like navigation and pages.

Education/ Experience:
  • Five to seven (6 - 8) years of IT experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • At least five (5)+ years of Appian experience, both on premise and cloud.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong hands on experience in full software life cycle development methodologies, with a focus on Agile.
  • Strong hands on experience with Appian, with a focus on Appian Applications, Integration with other platforms and Appian Interface design.
  • Strong hands on experience in design patterns and transaction management.
  • Skilled in database design in support of Appian applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and 8+ years of experience required.
