Responsibilities: The Multimedia Designer Sr. is responsible for utilizing their skills and abilities as a graphic designer and combining them with video, photography, and animation to promote brand awareness for the AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies.
  • Responsible for filming and editing (includes externally filmed) video, and creating video animations.
  • Transfers audio and video files to be edited and manipulated digitally.
  • Routinely stores and backs up all video footage.
  • Captures, edits and maintains the storage of in-house photography.
  • Develops visual graphic elements for external and internal projects, including but not limited to company PowerPoints, fact sheets, sales support materials, member communications materials, provider materials and newsletters. Expedites design assigned by the Creative Director.
  • Maintains a visual design consistent with the company image and standards.
  • Follows project request process and completes projects on time.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in design to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize multiple, simultaneous design projects.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and cooperation when faced with changing priorities to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design, or Art required
  • Minimum of five years' experience multimedia design or similar experience required
  • Working knowledge and experience with Apple and PC computer systems.
  • Experience working in software packages including but not limited to, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Must have advanced working knowledge in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
  • Must have experience filming video and capturing audio in both studio and on-site environments.
  • Must have the ability to translate visual graphics from print to digital and video based mediums. This entails adding depth and complexity allowed by the new mediums to the visual graphics.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, Associates are presently working remotely. When Associates are transitioned back to the office, the functions of this position will be performed onsite at our offices located at 3805 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, 19073.
