Discover more about us at www.amerihealthcaritas.com. Responsibilities:- Maintain and administer the Enterprise wide, multi-site backup platform.
- Daily backup and restore experience with Dell EMC Avamar or IDPA solutions.
- Familiarity with backup and restores on Microsoft Azure.
- Troubleshoot client/server infrastructure issues.
- Perform regular hardware upgrades on all relevant components.
- Install and apply software security patches and upgrades.
- Manage backup and restore requests from the ticketing queue.
- At least three to five (3 - 5) years of experience in Backup / restores on Windows, Linux, and Database platforms.
- At least one to three years (1 -3) years of experience with Dell EMC IDPA / Avamar.
- Associate's Degree.
