DescriptionA local client has a fantastic career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Medical Customer Service Representative. This position is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the Medical Customer Services Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: answer incoming calls, take detailed notes and relay them to on-site physicians, provide accurate and friendly customer service in a timely fashion, update customer files, assist with clinical and administrative tasks as requested.RequirementsThe ideal Medical Customer Service Representative is upbeat and maintains a positive approach towards work rooted in professionalism as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Must have one plus years of switchboard experience in a goal-driven and customer service-based environment. Knowledge of medical terminology required. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate knowledge of computer software programs and office equipment.
