Service Now Developer Oaks, PA Experience 10+ Years Note: Candidate should be fine to relocate to Oaks, PA in one month and can work onsite on Hybrid model. Following are the requirements for this Service Now Developer position. 1. A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB. 2. Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or other ITSM application. 3. Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, flow designer, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, UI macros, ACLs, catalog items, scheduled jobs, import sets, HTML, Jelly script, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions 4. Experience with LDAP integrations, SSO/SAML integration, mid-server fundamental, and ServiceNow Encryption. 5. System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP 6. Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like ServiceWatch, GRC, etc. 7. Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle) 8. Experience with ServiceNow's ServiceWatch and/or Discovery tools 9. Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks 10. Strong communication, Strong presentation, and writing skills.
