What we're looking for:Must-haves:Strong background in providing technical leadership to teams of application developers to drive adoption of strategic technical roadmaps.12+ years of large scale software development or application engineering with recent coding experience in two or more modern programing languages and frameworks such as: Java, JavaScript, C/C, C#, React, Angular, Node.js, Python5+ years architecting, designing, and developing applications on the AWS platformDesigning and building application using container and serverless technologiesExperience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availabilityExtensive knowledge of application integration, APIs, and Event-Driven architecture patternsStrong experience with Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices such as Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Integration, and automated deployments4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams, business partners and stakeholders, instilling a collaborative transparent culture that allows the team to be successful and ensures work aligns with strategic and tactical goals.Nice-to-haves:AWS Cloud certificationsExperience leading teams with full AWS development lifecycle delivery, including Infrastructure Provisioning, Automation and Security A Little about PhotonPhoton is the largest and fastest growing provider of Mobile First Omni-Channel Experiences.
