Are you a skilled DevOps Engineer passionate about philanthropy? This is the role for you. This is a very mission-driven, philanthropic company that started out as a platform to organize races/marathons for runners (and they own 33% of the US market for this). They are now branching into the non-profit sector and focused on a platform to host all fundraising events (like Eventbrite but for only fundraising efforts). They are ready to bring in their first, dedicated DevOps engineer to help enhance dev efficiency. They're a Linux/open-source environment (PHP) and really are looking for someone who can come in and take them to the next level with DevOps. Culture to these guys is everything and they are looking for someone that can come in and be passionate about the work they do. You should be someone who is patient, likes working on a team, and is understanding that they are somewhat new to this. Full-time role, great benefits (like 100% paid medical, 401k, stock options).
Required Skills & Experience- AWS experience
- CI/CD and Jenkins
- Kubernetes
- Developer background preferred
- Assist in driving DevOps processes
- Work with engineering team to make suggestions on tooling
- Build out and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Assist the team move into Kubernetes and manager their AWS environment
