Engineer IV - 5G client in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a

Education and Experience »
  • BS EE, 5+ years RF experience with LTE & 5G.
  • Need extensive 5G experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for 5G SA Network KPI monitoring, performance, & optimization to ensure customer satisfaction with Condor network.
  • Evaluate and onboard tools, and will ensure Golden Standard Parameters network alignment.
  • Develop and review KPI trending reports to ensure optimal coverage, quality, and utilization of Condor network, and will use field testing and desktop tools to Optimize and troubleshoot.
  • Verify SW load updates are improving/maintaining performance and will also be responsible for PCI, neighbor, TAC, SAS, layer management configuration best practices to ensure network reliability and throughput.
