A growing insurance company in Philadelphia is growing out their Voice & Telecom teams and looking to hire a Senior Contact Center Lead to join their team. They are looking for someone with extensive project experience and a strong hands on past with Avaya. In this role, you will be the lead engineer responsible for rolling out Avaya Breeze/Oceana components. You will also be doing other projects including IVR configurations, Telecom upgrades, and more. In this role, you will be doing a mix of engineering, architecture, and leadership. They also need someone who can help create future strategies for the department, including vendor relations, roll outs, and technology decisions. This is a 10 person team so they need someone who can be a team player but also operation independently.
