If there's one industry to keep an eye on, it's sports betting. Not only are more states legalizing it every year because of the added gains for the state, but people are demanding it more and more. With Esports now getting added into the fray, we have a massive industry developing right in front of our eyes. So how do you become a part of it? The first step is hitting that #apply button. This is a mature startup building a platform to further enable people to buy and sell their betting contracts. The team is currently in need of a Senior level DevOps Engineer with strong Kubernetes or EKS experience. With a mix of AWS and on-prem (due to compliance regulations), the ideal candidate has a strong background in either building software or infrastructure for relatively high traffic/high transaction products. Reliability, Scalability and Stability are key to the profitability of the platform, and that's why SRE's are so crucial to the company. Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working as an SRE or DevOps Engineer for 3+ years
- Experience programming in one or more scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell, Ruby)
- Experience working with monitoring systems and bringing in transparency to running systems
- Exposure to all phases of the SDLC
- Any experience with CI systems like Jenkins, Gitlab, would be a plus
- Ability to analyze and identify areas for automation and solutions.
