A financial company in Philadelphia is looking to hire a Unified Communications Engineer to manage their UC and Collaboration environment. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the firm's global technology communication infrastructure. You will be managing, maintaining, and upgrading the current Avaya environment and providing recommendations for upgrades, migrations, and other strategic projects. Their current environment needs to be revamped so they need a UC SME who can make recommendations and create and deploy a new UC environment. You will also do projects with video conferencing, Microsoft Teams, and other AV and Voice technologies. You will be a part of a 7 person core engineering team but the main engineer focused on Unified Communications and Voice projects. You will also be the back up for the Network Architect. They are looking for someone who is eager to make an impact at a company and is coming in ready to launch new projects. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ Years' Experience with Unified Communications and Collaboration Technologies
- Strong Avaya Voice Experience
- Cisco Voice Experience
- Voice Design Experience
- Microsoft Teams Knowledge
- Video and Audio-Conferencing Experience
- Experience Creating UC Roadmaps/Strategies
- LAN/WAN Experience
- Cisco Datacenter Work
- Voice Certifications
