pureIntegration is looking for a

JavaScript Developer to assist with design, architecture, development, and leadership of a team focused in Network automation solutions that optimize the network in real-time.

The ideal candidate has experience designing and developing custom applications including backend Javascript running on NodeJS and frontend Javascript using frameworks such as Angular, Backbone, and React . This team member will work to help shape and lead efforts by helping gather requirements, work with engineering to create the design, document user stories, manage development effort for a team of 2-3, and contribute to the hands on development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop applications using Javascript in the frontend and backend
  • Read and debug code.
  • Read documentation
  • Develop user stories as input into the development efforts
  • Provide hands on development support
  • Communicate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (100% Remote until July)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and other front end technologies
  • Good knowledge of AWS

Preferred Skills:
  • Javascript ES6+ (backend using NodeJS and frontend using Backbone/Angular/React)
  • Microservices Development
  • Agile Development
  • Experience using modern data busses
  • Experience integrating disparate systems
