Description A manufacturing company in NE Philadelphia is seeking an AP Clerk for a possible contract to full-time opportunity. In this role you will import invoices into the accounting, process vendor direct shipment invoices, research and correct invoices which fail to import and assist with weekly check run. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience using VLookUps and Pivot Tables, strong math, bookkeeping and data entry skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
Command of Microsoft Excel
Deep understanding of Enter Vendor Invoices
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
Competent with spreadsheets and databases
