For quick Apply, please reach out to Ravi Singh- call: / email: Job Summary:The Automation Engineer is responsible for assisting in the assessment, planning, design, testing, and technical documentation for the implementation, support, and migration of enterprise messaging and collaboration toolsets with Microsoft 365 and other SaaS solutions.This person will have experience using Azure Automation, Microsoft 365 Desired State Configuration, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps and related technologies to support cloud environments and architectures. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the administrative configuration of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and other key Office 365 services including automated configuration management and reporting.The candidate will also have proficiency in automation and optimization of client and cloud computing environments using Azure Automation runbooks, Azure functions, PowerShell, and Power Platform. This includes automating deployments using CI/CD pipelines in an Azure DevOps environment, managing Microsoft 365 Desired State configuration (DSC), and debugging/troubleshooting issues related to Azure Automation and Power position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work closely with other engineers and administrators. Knowledge of Azure AD conditional access and experience deploying Microsoft 365 multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies will be an added advantage. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Supports the EUS Collaboration Content Management's ongoing objectives of enhancing the client's usage of messaging and collaboration technologies to support business needs while delivering reliable and secure services.Provides support, (administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, contingency), for one or more of the messaging and collaboration technologies.Obtains a thorough understanding of collaboration product functionality via interaction with EUS technical staff, formal education with the product, and hands-on testing and new Office 365 capabilities that offer opportunities to enhance and improve the EUS' messaging and collaboration product portfolio.Provides input to management to help assess and plan future direction in the System collaboration infrastructure.Identifies improvement opportunities spanning service delivery, user experience, security, etc.Interfaces with management, developers, help desk staff and end users throughout the System while providing problem and change management support, and periodically interacts with third party vendors.Performs all tasks and duties in a manner that supports the Bank's objective to produce error free work and to provide high quality customer service. Must meet or exceed the service and quality performance standards and/or objectives for the assigned function.Fulfills job duties and responsibilities in conformance with sound safety practices.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major, or a strong combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates required skills and capabilities.Certifications preferred (technical, project management).Minimum three to five years` experience in the Microsoft 365 environment.Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, along with proficiency developing and troubleshooting PowerApps and Flow.' Knowledge and Skills:Strong engineering capabilities with ability to perform requirements gathering, impact analysis, technical project planning, risk assessment and on-boarding of new technologies.Must have real-world, hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and or other Office 365 services within large complex environments.Strong knowledge of Office 365 in an Enterprise environment - particularly Exchange Online.Administrating Exchange 2016 and Exchange OnlineAdministrating O365O365 Security Experience working with Federation tools:Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect tool (AD Connect) Experience working with Office Suite:Client support and troubleshooting (Outlook, Outlook for Mac, IMAP, POP3, Mobile Devices)Experience with Office/Outlook add-ins (.NET/Com, Modern Add-in deployment) Strong knowledge on Networking, Protocols, Authentication (Basic, Kerberos, NTLM) and PowerShell.Troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem resolution skills.Ability to prioritize, escalate and communicate issues.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance with attention to detail and follow-up.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Superior system documentation skills.Strong project management experience, specifically managing and completing concurrent project.
