AVP, Transformation Finance - 9474JOB SUMMARY:
The AVP, Transformation Finance will support the Financial Performance Measurement of transformation initiatives across Chubb, including Digital Operating Models and Digitally Enabled businesses, as well as Back Office transformation to support these efforts. The role will require very close collaboration with Business Segment DFOS and leaders, Transformation leaders, and Support Unit DFOs and leaders to measure performance across all transformation programs and report to the Transformation Leadership Team on a regular cadence. The role will report to the Transformation Financial Officer and will work alongside two other AVPs on the team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategic financial business support and financial insight for the Digital Transformation team
Develop Operating model Proformas in collaboration with the segment DFOs, including Premiums, Expenses, and components of the Combined Ratio
Develop and track ingestion model proforma, which includes collaboration with the business DFOs and the Global Data group
Regularly Provide consolidated reporting of performance compared to the Proforma as well as risk and opportunity analysis.
Develop and monitor financial metrics related to improved ratios, premium growth, efficiencies, and all financial Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) associated with the transformation initiatives.
Validate savings and efficiencies have occurred in the business
Provide thought leadership on key frameworks for tracking, reporting, and organizational design, working alongside business teams to implement them effectively.
FP&A support for the Digital Transformation Office corporate group
Other ad hoc projects or support as needed.Qualifications
Skills and Requirements:
8+ years' experience in a finance role with increasing responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or similar field; MBA/CPA preferred
Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
Ability to work effectively and influence across organizational areas and levels
Superior problem solving, analytical and modeling skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to summarize complex issues, particularly to non-financial partners
Strong time management and organization skills; demonstrated agility in managing multiple priorities
Demonstrated success in an agile, rapidly changing environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently, make decisions and complete tasks with limited information
