- 2+ years' experience in agile/scrum methodology
- Degree in Project Management or an equivalent combination of education & experience
- BA/ project management experience working in a technical environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and able to perform multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Ability to manage and align various project stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the development lifecycle, web development, data deeds, integrations (more than coordinating or participating)
- Strong experience and ability to write requirements
- Ability to decipher business requirements into technical requirements
- Experience with Agile methodology/compliance development SOPs
- Regulatory compliance experience preferred or strong finance experience
- Experience with SQL-pulling data/lists from database
