Role Description: The

Business Professional - Industry Subject - Matter Expert must have at least 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Support the team to assist our existing and/or future clients in better understanding the solutions Client can advise and provide support on. - Support marketing and communications development of internal teams across practice areas (i.e. Tax, Audit & Advisory) while collaborating with leadership on communication plans and objectives - Support efforts on proposal development, focusing on structuring client value proposition, key differentiators and win themes related to the team's capabilities and market opportunities - Participate in thought leadership efforts to market Neurodiversity insights in support of client and market development - Develop communications, presentations, and materials for internal and external engagements with teams and/or senior leadership

Qualifications: - Minimum three years of recent marketing, agency design, advisory, BPG or ESG consulting experience from a Top Ten public accounting firm, management or ESG consultancy - Strategic and creative thinker with strong written and interpersonal communication skills - Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, project and time management skills, along with the ability to multi-task, work independently, work successfully with teams and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment - An understanding of digital and traditional advertising/marketing design and production (including, but not limited to, HTML email, web banners, website development, print/collateral, video and social media) - Willingness to take initiative to find creative ways to navigate challenges and the ability to learn and apply new skills quickly in a fast-paced environment - Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Canva, and/or Adobe (Intermediate skill required, Advanced preferred). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferably in the central or east coast time zone.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
