Business Systems Analyst - Cyber Security References required (3). Work location will be remote (90%) as well as on-site (Philadelphia) A next-generation consulting firm, focused on delivering superior value and tangible results to our clients is seeking a qualified Business Systems Analyst (Cyber Security) for an engagement opportunity at a leading local biologic life sciences company. The role acts as liaison between IT Security, IT and Business functions, to help build security solutions. The analyst works with IT and OT teams on getting solutions and changes implemented, from turning business requirements into secure solutions, and conducting testing to ensure the technical solution has been developed to meet the requirements. Responsibilities: Ensure high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements. Analyze, refine, and document requirements for IT security applications, workflow, and processes. Coordinate with clients to re-engineer processes. Validate Business Requirement and Business Requirements mapping to Capability and Release. Document the deliverables as assigned. Create feature test strategies. Lead execution of test cases in client environment. Experience in independently conducting UAT. Validate test scenarios mapping to business requirements. Validate end to end testing coverage. Consult with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications and processes to meet needs. Proactive identification of documentation needs. Provide quality control for project deliverables. Participate in customer workshops, understand both functional and non-functional business requirements and business criticality of desired systems. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent technical work experience is required. 5-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst Successfully completed multiple, complex technical projects Knowledge of technology deployment requirements in OT environments, the Purdue network model, and GxP regulatory requirements Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications Able to handle multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment Strong knowledge and working experience of IT deployment, IT asset management, and IT security policies, procedures, and standards Possess expertise in handling cross vendor/client teams across different geographic locations Ability to work independently and with others in a widely disbursed, fast paced, team environment Interested consultants can send their updated resumes to or you can reach me at
