Collaborate with internal disciplines to exchange information

Attend and eventually lead business pitches and client meetings
Present and sell suitable candidates to your client
Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage
Follow-up and ensure successfully placed candidates are happy in their new roles
Brief candidates to ensure they are fully prepared for the interview process
Support candidates in negotiating mutually beneficial terms
