Our client, within Financial Services out of Philadelphia, PA, is looking for their next Customer Service Representative to join their team! Please see below for the additional details regarding the opportunity:Job Description:Processing Healthcare Payments

Assisting with Small/Medium sized clients with general questions

When Customers sign up, they welcome them to the client's implementation

Validating customer’s purchase

Being the point of contact getting the customer through the client's internal process

Utilizing Salesforce CRM tool

Qualifications:Experience with customer service or call center experience; Telemarketers preferred

Being able to be comfortable going off of a script

Comfortability with Microsoft Office

Bachelor's Degree Required
