Job Description: Sr. Data Analyst Role We have an opening for a Sr. Data Analyst that will be tasked with supporting Group Insurance's Cloud Data Architecture Practice. Responsibilities:Analyze the data from a particular business domain and define how best to organize it in support of Group's cloud data architecture runwayWork with lead Data Architect to complete various Data Models for business domainsWork with stakeholders to understand the business domain's functional and data requirementsWork with stakeholders to identify use cases for data consumption (reporting, integrations, etc)Oversee and describe the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed business decisionsSupport Data Architecture by rationalizing redundant data and developing the approach building out the Group cloud data-warehouse and analytics platformsSupport broader architecture teams in defining a business domain's master data management approachDefine and document the Data Lineage for a business domain Qualifications:7+ years of experience working in the Data or Systems Analysis fieldExperience with Erwin Data ModelerStrong SQL skills and knowledge of various database types and technologiesFamiliarity with relevant data-related AWS services (S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue, etc)Knowledge and Experience working in a Scaled Agile FrameworkExcellent collaboration and teamwork skillsExcellent written/verbal communications
